一、渣浆泵流量不稳定怎么解决?

造成渣浆泵流量不稳定的原因大致有以下几种:

1、吸水管或底阀漏气,又或者是进水口堵塞,这是常见的流量不足的原因。需检查吸水管与底阀漏气源并及时堵住,或者清理进水口处的淤泥或堵塞物。

2、电压过低导致渣浆泵转速降低,致使渣浆泵流量不足,这时应检查电源电压并及时调整。

3、管路漏气或者泵体内有空气,此时及时将管路内空气排出即可。

4、密封环或叶轮磨损严重也会导致渣浆泵流量不稳定,应及时检查并更换磨损严重的密封环和叶轮。

5、底阀入水深度不足,导致抽水时有空气进入,应根据渣浆泵的吸程调整底阀深度。

6、若渣浆泵启动一段时间内工作正常,但之后电流逐渐下降,流量明显不足,重新启动正常运行一段时间后仍出现这种问题,大多是由于渣浆或其他杂物正在吸入管内堆积,导致渣浆泵发生汽蚀,比较严重时渣浆泵内会发出较大噪音且泵头振动明显,此时应彻底清理前池及吸入管,减少弯头以下的长度,或者增加搅拌装置来减少浆体沉降。

二、渣浆泵发生汽蚀现象怎么解决?

在一定的温度下,液体压力降低到饱和气压以下时会产生沸腾气化,这是液体自身的特性,在一定的温度下,饱和气压一定,且随着温度的升高而升高。

对于渣浆泵这样的离心泵而言,降低吸入口压力才能使液体吸入泵内,当吸入口压力低于水温对应的饱和气压时,吸入的液体便会发生气化反应。气化形成的气泡汇聚在渣浆泵内压力最低的位置,也就是叶轮进口上方的叶片背面,随着周围液体向外的过程中,由于液体的冲击会造成噪音和振动,长此以往,使叶轮剥蚀损坏。

一般来讲解决汽蚀现象的措施有:

1、控制吸入液面压力,防止液面压力过低。

2、控制吸入口流速,使渣浆泵在规定拍量下工作。

3、适当降低渣浆泵的安装高度。

4、吸入阀开放充足,并经常清洗滤网。

三、渣浆泵密封失效怎么解决?

在不同的运行阶段,渣浆泵密封失效的原因各不相同,接下来我们逐一来进行分析。

1、渣浆泵在装配过程中泄漏

渣浆泵在安装过程中易出现问题,一般需要通过静压试验来观察渣浆泵是否泄漏,泄漏量较小时,小班时动环或静环密封圈存在问题,若泄漏量较大,则是动、静环摩擦副存在问题。泄漏介质沿轴向喷射,多为动环密封圈问题,若泄漏介质向四周喷射或者从水冷却口漏出,则大多是静环密封圈出现问题,此时应仔细观察,判断问题所在并及时进行调整。

2、渣浆泵试运转过程中泄漏

在经过静圧试验以后,渣浆泵泄漏的原因一般是动、静环摩擦副损坏造成的。引起这种现象的原因很多,一般为:汽蚀、抽空、憋压等异常现象引起的轴向力、安装密封时压缩量过大、动环密封圈或静环密封圈过紧或过松、工作介质中有颗粒进入摩擦副等原因。主要的解决措施为重新拆装并更换密封。

3、渣浆泵正常运转中突发泄漏

这种情况,少数是由于正常磨损或渣浆泵达到使用寿命导致的,但大多数是工况变化或操作、维护不当导致。主要原因有:抽空汽蚀或者长时间憋压、实际输出量过小、密封冷却水中断、长时间停运且重启未盘车、介质中腐蚀性、聚合性或结胶性物质增多、渣浆泵工作环境温度变化剧烈、工况频繁调整等。在使用渣浆泵过程中需注意使用规范,使用前必须接通轴封水,停泵五分钟后才可关闭,且长时间停运时,在停运前需要用清水清洗泵腔和机封,重新启动时手动盘车,延长渣浆泵使用寿命。
